Horizontal rubber injection machine with horizontal structure is developed for producing large hollow insulators and automatically manufacturing rubber articles. The machine consists of injection unit and clamping unit, which has the maximum clamping force of 2800 ton. We have developed two series of horizontal injection molding machine including large horizontal RIM (RL Series) and horizontal RIM (H Series).
H series is able to automatically produce small rubber articles; RL series is mainly used for producing larger rubber articles by one time or multiple moulding.
